Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cyber Security Bid Specialist located in Cluj-Napoca. The Cyber Security Bid Specialist will be responsible for preparing and managing bids for cybersecurity projects, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to gather necessary information. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client requirements, developing tailored security solutions, creating detailed bid documentation, and presenting proposals to clients. The specialist will also track the progress of bids and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, and Application Security
  • Proficiency in Network Security and Cyber Defense
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus
  • Experience in bid management or proposal writing in the cybersecurity industry is preferred
