• issuing invoices and issuing hourly statements with the activities worked by our lawyers;
• re-invoicing expenses on behalf of the client;
• registering received invoices and making their payment;
• management of electronic payments and receipts (Saga Software);
• creating various reports and statements required by the management;
• making payments to fiscal authorities;
• drawing up statements of litigation costs;
• managing the company's petty cash/cash desk;
• contacting outstanding clients and collecting the company's debts;
• liaising with the company's external accountant;
• other specific financial-accounting activities;
• managing the office's daily accounting operations according to internal procedures to ensure organizational efficiency;
• concluding legal assistance contracts and addendums, bilingual Romanian – English, according to the lawyers' instructions;
• communicating with the company's clients/lawyers on financial/administrative/organizational matters;
• managing personnel files and human resources;
• maintaining contact with the company's external collaborators;
• ensuring the office is supplied with the necessary stationery and cleaning products;
• making various necessary trips: bank, various institutions;
• informing the Coordinating Lawyer about the company's financial aspects;

You will have well-defined objectives, work procedures, evaluations, and performance indicators.

Required Experience

• over 2-3 years of experience in similar positions within law firms is an advantage;
• knowledge of written and spoken English;
• skills in accurate writing, problem-solving, loyalty, dedication, willingness to work, integrity;
• client and need-focused, professional ethics, good communication skills, flexible person open to change;
• superior attention to detail;
• ability to multitask, to complete tasks within the requested and assumed deadlines, ability to prioritize the workflow and job tasks;
• ability to judge tasks independently, to exercise an active role;
• ability to work with confidential information;
