What You'll Do:

• Direct and Supervise the Project Construction Team (Engineers, HSSE, QA/QC).
• Review and contribute to the project design documents.
• Report project progress to the PM and address any schedule slippage.
• Ensure local and group Health & Safety as well as Quality standards are implemented.
• Oversee subcontractor installation, ensuring quality adherence and addressing nonconformities.
• Handle communication for subcontractor contract violations and enforce necessary actions.
• Monitor daily material at the site, verifying quality and quantities received.
• Coordinate material deliveries with suppliers and logistics, ensuring timely availability and communicate the delivery schedule to the subcontractors.
• Develop and implement project quality plan, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and standards.
• Manage site facilities and utilities.

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
• 3+ years of experience in a related role, specifically in substation / HV infrastructure projects.
• User knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel; familiarity with MS Project is a plus.
• Knowledge and expertise in Autocad for technical drawings and design work as a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully executing Solar Power Plant projects.
