Requirements
What We're Looking For:

• 5–8+ years in QA with deep hands-on experience in both automation and manual testing.
• Strong track record in leading Agile delivery workflows.

Technical proficiency with:

• Automation frameworks: Playwright, Cypress, Selenium
• Languages: JavaScript/TypeScript
• Frontend testing: Jest, React Testing Library
• CI/CD pipelines: GitHub Actions
• Monitoring tools (e.g., DataDog)
• Experience creating test plans, structured manual regression suites, and defining robust automated test suites in distributed or microservices environments.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker) and working knowledge of deployment pipelines/logs.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills—comfortable bridging engineering, product, and design.
• Fluency in English.

Job responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Own quality for a critical system: Shape the test strategy, design, and execution for a high-impact project.
• Build reliable automation: Develop and maintain automated test cases across UI and API layers using modern frameworks (Cypress, Selenium).
• Balance automation with insight: Run and track manual testing (regression, exploratory, smoke) to uncover edge cases automation can't catch.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure requirements translate into measurable quality outcomes.
• Strengthen delivery pipelines: Integrate test automation into CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions.
• Monitor and improve: Use tools like DataDog to track application behavior and feed insights back into test coverage.
• Champion agile practices: Facilitate standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and help keep the team focused and accountable.
• Communicate quality: Document and share strategies, findings, and release readiness in clear, actionable ways.
