Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mid-Level Pega Developer to design, develop, and optimize Pega-based applications that streamline business processes.
You will play a key role in building integrations, enhancing performance, and ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions within the Pega environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and configure Pega applications including case types, data models, UI, and integrations.

  • Develop and optimize system integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.

  • Configure data sources, connectors, and data pages for seamless data exchange.

  • Analyze existing Pega solutions and recommend enhancements for performance and maintainability.

  • Apply Pega guardrails, best practices, and reusable components.

  • Ensure modern and user-friendly UI/UX using Cosmos or Constellation frameworks.

  • Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

  • Participate in testing, debugging, and code reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience with the Pega Platform.

  • Strong understanding of Pega architecture, case management, and integration capabilities.

  • Proficiency in Java (or similar OOP languages), SQL, and REST/SOAP integrations.

  • Experience implementing authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions (SAML, OAuth, LDAP, Active Directory).

  • Strong background in data modeling, data pages, and reporting for large data volumes.

  • Hands-on experience with Cosmos/Constellation UI frameworks.

  • Pega CSA certification required (CSSA a plus).

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Fluent in English.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Italian.

  • Experience with Pega Sales Automation, Customer Service, or other vertical solutions.
