Job Description:Your Responsibilities:
  • Collecting and verifying employment-related documentation from candidates and forwarding it to the relevant internal departments.
  • Scheduling pre-employment and periodic medical check-ups in coordination candidates/employees and external medical providers.
  • Creating employee records, maintaining employee information up to date across various internal systems and applications.
  • Managing the process of obtaining access permits for port entry.
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring ongoing communication with responsible internal departments and external service providers.
  • Collaborating with the direct manager to create tailored onboarding plans for each new hire, monitoring implementation, ensuring timely and quality execution, and reporting regularly on onboarding progress using agreed KPIs.
  • Overseeing the exit interview process for departing employees, analyzing and reporting results regularly, and proposing actions to improve employee retention.
  • Ensuring transparent and efficient communication with internal stakeholders regarding HR-related activities and collaborating with staff across departments to meet their HR-related needs in a timely manner.
  • Supports the line manager in implementing new processes and procedures to enhance existing workflows; suggests and develops improvements to increase efficiency and meet objectives.
  • Documents and regularly updates procedures and work instructions for all activities within the scope of responsibility.
Your Profile:
  • Higher Education degree in a related field (Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, etc.).
  • Approximately 3 years of previous work experience in the HR field, preferably within a Shared Service Center/Business Process Outsourcing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes (with a focus on onboarding, offboarding and employee administration).
  • Strong proficiency in working with the Microsoft Office suite and HR software.
  • Strong and confident communicator - both in writing and in person, across all levels and teams. Professional level of communication in both Romanian and English.
  • Skilled at translating complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Naturally collaborative, with a talent for building trusted relationships across departments and with external partners.
  • Growth mindset with a focus on continuous performance improvement.
  • Sharp time management and prioritization skills, thriving in fast-paced environments.
