To achieve it, we are looking for a
Junior Business Support Officer
to join the team.

Your role within Advisority:

  • Maintain office operations, coordinating supplies, logistics, and facilities;
  • Arrange travel and accommodation;
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and organise company events;
  • Provide HR administrative support(contracts, employee records, onboarding, leave management);
  • Review, prepare, and maintain accurate documentation;
  • Handle acceptances, invoices and payments, liaising with clients and suppliers.

What sets you apart:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field;
  • Good organizational skills and attention to details, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Written and verbal communication skills;
  • Good computer knowledge skills (Microsoft Office);
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Advanced command of both spoken and written English.
