  • studii superioare de specialitate;

  • experienta executie de lucrari de instalatii mecanice sau electrice (minim 2-3 ani)

  • Instalatii mecanice – cunostinte HVAC, Autocad, Charisma ERP constituie avantaj;

  • Instalatii electrice – experienta pe partea de curenti slabi, sisteme Securitate, puneri in functiune constituie avantaj;

  • poate fi un avantaj experienta in servicii de mentenanta/service pentru instalatii mecanice sau electrice;

  • activitate de santier;

  • disponibil pentru deplasari in tara – cerinta obligatorie;

  • abilitati de comunicare;

  • aptitudini de planificare, coordonare, organizare si control al activitatii;

  • capacitate de analiza si sinteza;

  • permis auto - categorie B.

Descrierea jobului:

  • Participa la demararea si derularea proiectelor conform obiectivelor stabilite;

  • Planifica, organizarea si asigura controlul proiectelor pentru ca acestea sa fie indeplinite conform bugetului stabilit / termenelor stabilite ;

  • Monitorizeaza graficele si termenele de executie si de predare a lucrarilor;

  • Coordoneaza activitatea personalului din santierul in care isi desfasoara activitatea precum si al subcontractorilor;

  • Urmareste si raporteaza in mod regulat stadiul desfasurarii proiectelor, calitatea acestora si asigura respectarea termenelor;

  • Intomeste rapoarte de lucru, procese verbale si orice alta documentatie cu caracter tehnic;

  • Realizeaza eficient legatura dintre santiere si compartimentele functionale ale societatii;

  • Semnaleaza in timp util orice deviatii de la planul de proiect care poate afecta timpul, bugetul si calitatea executie;

  • Urmareste aprovizionarea cu materiale comandate, verifica existenta documentelor de calitate;

  • Urmareste respectarea normelor SSM, SU si Mediu in cadrul santierului.
