Responsibilities:

  • Manage treasury activities for a portfolio of group entities based in Romania;
  • Oversee cash accounts, payments, and financial transactions across the group;
  • Review and validate approved payment instructions, enter them into the banking system, and ensure their execution;
  • Provide transaction-related documentation to relevant departments (Accounting, Customer Service);
  • Complete and submit bank forms and other documents requested by financial institutions;
  • Execute foreign currency exchange transactions as required;
  • Monitor daily bank balances, assess cash flow requirements, and coordinate with relevant persons for fund transfers in line with existing loan agreements;
  • Verify the accuracy of loan-related data (disbursements, repayments, credit limits) recorded in the internal systems;
  • Prepare and manage documentation for updating authorized signatories for group companies;
  • Review payment statements and requests to ensure compliance and accuracy;
  • Act as a primary point of contact for bank representatives, responding to inquiries and providing necessary clarifications;

Qualifications

  • University degree in Economics, Finance or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in banking relations and treasury operations (advantage in Group of companies or multiple banks collaboration);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills and solid PowerPoint knowledge;
  • Good command of English (spoken and written);
  • Strong analytical capabilities, coupled with excellent time management and organizational skills;
  • Proactive team player with a solution-oriented mindset;
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles;
