To meet the strong demand in existing and new projects, we are currently looking for a ServiceNow Specialist to join the existing team in our office in Bucharest (Computas Development Center) and to be engaged in challenging projects and deliver software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and efficiency.

  • Manage existing modules, workflows, and reports, making improvements where needed.

  • Support and coordinate integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into platform solutions.
  • Provide guidance and best practices to ensure consistent platform usage.
  • Contribute to basic ServiceNow development and customization activities.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and process standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow administration and platform configuration.
  • Strong understanding of workflows, forms, roles, and reporting in ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with system integrations and data exchange methods. Exposure to ServiceNow development is considered a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. ServiceNow certifications (Administrator, Implementation Specialist, or equivalent) are an advantage.
