Project Technical Architect
to join our dynamic team. You will be the
ultimate technical owner
for a project, translating product vision into a scalable, secure, and resilient system architecture, and leading the development team to build it right.

Requirements and Skills

Technical Mastery (Must-Haves)

• Proven experience (8+ years)
  designing and delivering complex, full-lifecycle software projects as an Architect, Lead Developer, or similar role.
• Deep, demonstrable expertise
  in cloud-native application design on a major platform (e.g.,
  AWS, Azure, or GCP
  ).
• Expert command of
  architectural patterns
  (e.g., Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture) and best practices (e.g., SOLID principles, Twelve-Factor App).
• Strong knowledge of
  data storage solutions
  , including database types (SQL/NoSQL) and effective data modeling.
• Proficiency with
  DevOps practices
  , CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience in designing for
  high availability, performance, and robust security
  .

Leadership and Communication

• Excellent ability to
  articulate and justify complex technical decisions
  to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional command of English (both written and spoken), with the ability to articulate and justify complex technical decisions clearly and persuasively to global, diverse audiences.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
  and the ability to rapidly prototype unknown solutions and resolve high-priority technical issues as they arise.
• The capacity to
  mentor and guide
  a development team, sharing knowledge and elevating the technical capabilities of your teammates.
• Willingness to receive and implement
  constructive technical feedback
  to drive architectural improvements.
• The ability to work both
  collaboratively
  with Product Management and
  autonomously
  in owning the technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Ownership:
  Define, document, and own the
  end-to-end technical blueprint
  for the project, ensuring alignment with business goals and non-functional requirements.
• Technology Selection:
  Evaluate and recommend the optimal technology stack, external services, and integration patterns to maximize project success and longevity.
• Technical Governance:
  Conduct
  high-quality code reviews
  and enforce technical standards, performance metrics, and security protocols across the project team.
• Risk Mitigation:
  Proactively identify technical risks, bottlenecks, and potential complexity creep, providing clear mitigation strategies and accurate estimation.
• Stakeholder Liaison:
  Act as the
  primary technical liaison
  for the Project Manager and Product Owner, translating requirements into actionable technical designs and communicating progress and trade-offs.
• Mentorship:
  Actively support the development team, providing guidance on design implementations, complex coding challenges, and promoting a culture of
  technical excellence
  .
• Documentation:
  Maintain clear, concise, and up-to-date architectural and design documents for the project.
