Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant/Secretary located in Chitila. The Executive Assistant/Secretary will be responsible for managing clerical tasks, assisting with company secretarial work, providing executive administrative assistance, and offering high-quality internal and external customer service. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office operations for top management, focusing on upholding agenda discipline, in an efficient and timely manner for the stakeholders involved

Qualifications

• Clerical Skills and Company Secretarial Work
• Executive Administrative Assistance and Communication skills
• Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field are not a must
• previous C level experience is not a must
