For our client, a company specialized in the distribution of food and beverage products, we are looking for a Brand Management Division Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Negotiates with strategic suppliers and actively identifies new brand opportunities (hunting);
  • Builds and approves brand marketing plans for all exclusive imports;
  • Organizes HoReCa activations, brand events, and visibility campaigns across channels;
  • Conducts market visits, oversees campaign execution, and maintains direct supplier communication;
  • Collaborates with sales and top management to align business priorities and ensure growth.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, trade, or brand management (ideally in FMCG/beverages);
  • Prior team leadership experience (middle management level or higher);
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and leadership skills;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities;
  • Solid understanding of the HoReCa, TT, and Online distribution channels;
  • Valid category B driving license.
