B.I & Data Analyst

Location: Hybrid or Remote [Brasov Area]

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly analytical B.I & Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. You'll play a central role in building, deploying, and maintaining data visualizations and reports that drive decision-making across the business. If you thrive on turning complex data into actionable insights, enjoy collaborating across technical and business teams, and have a passion for clear, impactful reporting, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

·       Build, deploy, and maintain reports and dashboards in Looker to support business stakeholders and clients.

·       Surface and query data-models to ensure reliable, accurate, and timely reporting.

·       Partner with engineering teams to define, develop, and test new data-models and data connections.

·       Translate business and client requirements into user-friendly data visualizations and insights.

·       Proactively identify opportunities to improve data visibility, quality, and reporting efficiency.

·       Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to support decision-making across teams.

·       Contribute to documentation and training materials to help users adopt and maximize reporting tools.

What You'll Bring:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

·       Hands-on experience with industry leading B.I tools (Looker preferred), building and deploying dashboards and reports and also writing and maintaining LookML

·       Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly with data-models.

·       Demonstrated experience collaborating with engineering teams to design and enhance data pipelines and models.

·       Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

·       Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

·       Experience with additional BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Google Data Studio).

·       Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).

·       Understanding of ETL processes and data engineering concepts.

·       Additional languages are a plus.
