B.I Data Analyst

Location: Hybrid or Remote [Brasov Area]

About the Role:

We're looking for a highly analytical B.I Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. You'll play a central role in building, deploying, and maintaining data visualizations and reports that drive decision-making across the business. If you thrive on turning complex data into actionable insights, enjoy collaborating across technical and business teams, and have a passion for clear, impactful reporting, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Build, deploy, and maintain reports and dashboards in Looker to support business stakeholders and clients.
  • Surface and query data-models to ensure reliable, accurate, and timely reporting.
  • Partner with engineering teams to define, develop, and test new data-models and data connections.
  • Translate business and client requirements into user-friendly data visualizations and insights.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve data visibility, quality, and reporting efficiency.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to support decision-making across teams.
  • Contribute to documentation and training materials to help users adopt and maximize reporting tools.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with industry leading B.I tool (Looker preferred), including building and deploying dashboards and reports.
  • Strong SQL (LookML preferred) skills and comfort working directly with data-models.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with engineering teams to design and enhance data pipelines and models.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
  • Understanding of ETL processes and data engineering concepts.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
