Role Description

The Director of Production will oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring that production processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production teams, monitoring workflow, implementing process improvements, and meeting production targets. The role also involves close collaboration with other departments, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Craiova.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning
• Experience with quality assurance and compliance standards
• Proficiency in using production management software and tools
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills. Must be business fluent in Italian
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field a plus
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role
• Experience in the footwear or fashion industry
