Global-e is at the forefront of innovation, developing cutting-edge web applications and services. We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic Innovation Team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse products and systems, utilizing the latest technologies to create impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality web applications and services.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end development process, from frontend design to backend implementation.
  • Develop robust and scalable backend systems using Python, , React, and related frameworks.
  • Implement efficient and responsive frontend components using modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks.
  • Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Utilize version control systems, particularly Git, for code management and collaboration.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in end-to-end web application development.
  • Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as React (mainly), , or Angular.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Competence in writing unit tests using major frameworks.
  • Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities in English.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloudת AWS, Azure.
  • Experience with LLMs, ML models and AI tooling.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture.
  • Understanding of agile software development methodologies.
