Staff4Me is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications from end to end. You will have the opportunity to work on both front-end and back-end technologies to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project requirements.
  • Design, develop, and test both front-end and back-end features of web applications.
  • Implement responsive web design principles to ensure compatibility across different devices and browsers.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure the functionality and stability of web applications.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum performance and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide and receive constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  • Assist in the documentation and maintenance of software specifications and user manuals.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in full-stack development.
  • Develop our application platform using the latest technologies.
  • Provide innovative solutions for complex issues.
  • Handle the entire development cycle –architecture, design, development, deployment, and monitoring.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Software development
  • Strong experience of , & PostgreSQL development in the back-end
  • Proven Full Stack Development experience (Front End - 85%, Back End, - 15%)
  • Knowledge and experience with React
  • Experience with AWS
  • High standards for code quality, testing, and performance.
  • High English proficiency
