What we're looking for

  • A proactive Project Manager with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in coordinating technical and non-technical teams, managing risks, budgets, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to oversee projects from initiation to post-implementation, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing

  • Initiating and planning projects: defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management plans.
  • Coordinating execution: monitoring progress, collaborating with teams and suppliers, ensuring deliverables meet agreed standards.
  • Managing risks and resources: identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks; tracking budgets and optimizing resource use.
  • Communicating with stakeholders: maintaining clear, transparent, and regular updates; preparing reports and presentations.
  • Closing projects and post-implementation support: coordinating handover, obtaining formal acceptance, organizing lessons learned, and monitoring platform performance.
  • Supporting platform life-cycle management: coordinating maintenance, upgrades, continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to long-term strategic planning.

What you need to know/have

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in technical or IT environments.
  • Strong skills in planning, coordination, risk and resource management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure delivery within scope and timelines.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and post-implementation monitoring.
