We're Hiring: Senior Flutter Engineer @ VESPR

VESPR is the leading wallet on the Cardano blockchain, securing $400M+ in user assets and processing $30M+ daily in self-custody transactions.

We're now rebuilding our mobile experience and expanding into Bitcoin — and we're looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer to help architect the next generation of cross-chain wallets.

What We're Looking For

You've shipped real apps, not just demos — and you care about performance, reliability, and clean architecture.

Must-haves:

  • Last 2–3+ years of full-time Flutter experience
  • 5+ years of mobile experience (Android/iOS)
  • Strong grasp of architecture, async patterns, and state management
  • Proven track record of maintaining production apps

Nice-to-haves:

  • Open-source contributions (Dart/Flutter packages)
  • Familiarity with crypto/blockchain ecosystems (Cardano, Bitcoin)
  • Experience with riverpod + hooks, freezed, auto_route, and get_it

What You'll Do

  • Lead architecture and feature development across iOS, Android, and Web
  • Collaborate async with product and backend teams across time zones
  • Write maintainable, testable, idiomatic Dart
  • Own the full delivery lifecycle — from spec to production
  • Continuously raise code quality and performance standards
