We're Hiring: Senior Flutter Developer
@ Cărturești

Cărturești is building a brand-new mobile app that blends our beloved in-store experiences, loyalty program, and e-commerce platform. We're looking for a
Senior Flutter Developer
to join our agile team in shaping this key digital product and several others.


What you'll do:

  • Build & scale Flutter features across iOS & Android
  • Integrate APIs and connect online/offline retail experiences
  • Lead code architecture and mentor junior devs
  • Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams


What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of Flutter experience (5+ in mobile dev)
  • Strong knowledge of Dart, reactive programming & state management (Provider, Bloc, etc.)
  • A passion for clean UI/UX and performant code
  • Experience with versioning, release management, and app store deployment
  • Familiarity with CI/CD for Flutter apps (Fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions, etc.)
  • Writing unit, widget, and integration tests
  • Experience with e-commerce or omni-channel platforms is a big plus
