As a
Project Manager
you will be responsible for building an additional high-performance team that embodies Systematic's core values. The team lives up to its commitments in terms of scope, quality, schedule and cost & each team member is motivated and constantly improves themselves through sparring and being challenged. You will also be part of the management team together with other Project Managers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordination across projects within the program to ensure overall program objectives are met;
• Continuously identify and implement improvements within the team and across the program;
• Plan the next iteration and establish conditions for the team to fulfil the goals;
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on expected results by the team;
• Follow-up on progress and identify corrective actions to address deviations.

Joining the team
The Mobile program delivers software to vehicles and the dismounted commander. The software can be used in military conflicts as well as for disaster relief operations, and it provides an API that allows customers to integrate with sensors and drones. It implements resilient network protocols, so front-line commanders have a shared situational picture. Above all, there is a high focus on ease of use.

The Mobile program consists of six teams situated in Denmark with 4 teams and in Romania with 2 teams. Our customer base is growing and so is the product. We therefore need more hands to continue to improve the product and evolve it into a new generation. As a
Project Manager
, you will be responsible for a new team, which will be created and which will focus on improving and maintaining a dedicated sub-set of the overall product, both existing and new functional areas.

What we are looking for:

• IT-related master degree and skills that match PMP certification or similar;
• 3-7 years of experience with project and people management;
• Experience managing product development team(s) and in delivering software development projects;
• Good understanding of how to build and release software;
• Fluent English skills;
• A goal oriented and collaborative professional with a structured mindset, strong drive and a proactive approach, who able to combine business understanding with technical insight to make the right decisions on a daily basis;
• Travel might be expected to our Headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark (around 5-10 days the first year).
