Position Overview: As a Project Manager in Construction, you will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones.

Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and forecast financial needs.

Resource Management: Allocate resources, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure the availability of materials and equipment.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Quality Control: Establish quality assurance processes, conduct site inspections, and resolve any construction issues.

Communication and Reporting: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, provide regular project updates, and facilitate meetings.

Documentation and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure all permits and licenses are obtained.

Project Execution and Closing: Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure timely completion of milestones, and conduct project close-out activities.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, with a track record of managing large-scale projects.

Skills:

Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Proficiency in construction management.

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
