About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated
Business System Analyst
to join our Delivery Unit. Our mission is to deliver end-to-end digital and branch solutions for private individual customers, with a strong focus on simple and efficient lending experiences. As part of an agile squad, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and other team members to design, build, and support innovative cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
  • Analyze feasibility, benefits, risks, and provide recommendations.
  • Assess the impact of business requirements on existing systems and IT landscape.
  • Break down requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Estimate analysis effort and maintain up-to-date project documentation.
  • Contribute to solution design and support development and testing activities.
  • Provide post-implementation and stabilization support.
  • Ensure functional and technical support throughout the application lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Technical/System Analyst.
  • Hands-on experience with software design, documentation, and solution workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of private individual lending products; experience in Credit Origination is a plus.
  • Familiarity with BPM, SQL, XML, Oracle, Web Services, and operational reporting.
  • Experience with tools such as Postman, SOAPUI, Swagger, etc.
  • Ability to document interfaces between new and legacy systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Agile knowledge/experience is a strong plus.
