Your future responsibilities:

  • Accounting:
    You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of all financial and general ledger accounting matters for Randstad Digital Germany AG – in accordance with HGB and IFRS.
  • Financial statements:
    You will independently and punctually prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Reporting:
    You will prepare the monthly reporting for our international parent company.
  • Process optimization:
    You will actively contribute to projects aimed at developing and improving our financial processes.
  • Audits:
    You will support internal and external audits and act as a contact person for auditors and authorities.

Your profile:

  • A degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting, Finance, or Controlling – or a commercial apprenticeship combined with further training in financial or balance sheet accounting.
  • Solid experience in financial accounting under HGB; knowledge of IFRS is an advantage.
  • Enjoy working with numbers and accounting-related topics, combined with excellent Excel skills; experience with DATEV is a plus.
  • You work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner – precision and a high standard of quality are part of your professional DNA.
  • Fluency in English and German (B2)
