Principalele responsabilități:

  • Analizează și evaluează eficiența sistemelor de control intern, identificând vulnerabilitățile și elaborând strategii de optimizare (administrarea unui sistem de control intern conform standardelor Sarbanes-Oxley).
  • Coordonează și execută misiuni de audit intern pentru verificarea conformității cu procedurile organizaționale și cerințele reglementare.
  • Identifică, analizează și supervizează riscurile operaționale și financiare, dezvoltând mecanisme de diminuare a impactului acestora.
  • Elaborează documentații detaliate referitoare la rezultatele auditului și recomandările de îmbunătățire ale proceselor, comunicându-le către conducerea companiei.
  • Colaborează activ cu celelalte departamente pentru facilitarea implementării eficace a măsurilor de control intern recomandate.
  • Asistă în procesele de conformitate, garantând respectarea legislației în vigoare și a standardelor interne stabilite.
  • Identifică posibilități de optimizare a mecanismelor de control intern și formulează propuneri de soluții eficiente.

Cerințe:

  • Studii superioare finalizate;
  • Experiență profesională: 3-5 ani;
  • Cunoștințe de utilizare a pachetului Google (Sheets, Docs, Slides);
  • Cunoștințe de limba engleză - nivel avansat;
  • Abilități soft: comunicare, responsabilitate, atenție la detalii, capacitate de analiză și sinteză, capacitate de a lucra organizat și independent pentru gestionarea proiectelor simultane, inițiativă, spirit de echipă, integritate și confidențialitate.
