A bit of context :

You'll be part of our tech teams working on the development of an AI solution tailored to the refurbished tech devices industry.

Your missions :

Develop and train deep learning models (computer vision) to detect scratches and cracks on smartphones.

Optimize AI models using a test & learn approach: data augmentation, fine-tuning, evaluation.

Deploy models to production (using SageMaker, Docker, CI/CD) in collaboration with DevOps teams.

Build an internal labeling tool for image annotation (simple UI to highlight defects).

Monitor model performance (drift detection, maintenance, metrics tracking).

Work closely with the AI Product Manager to align technical implementation with business needs.

Act as the AI reference within the team, capable of explaining concepts, making technical decisions, and driving the roadmap.

About you :

You already have a successful experience in building and deploying AI models

Cloud & MLOps: AWS (SageMaker, Ground Truth), Docker, CI/CD, Git, model monitoring

Programming: Python (expert level), REST APIs (FastAPI/Flask), Swagger/OpenAPI

Machine Learning: Deep learning (PyTorch, TensorFlow), image processing (OpenCV, PIL)

Computer Vision: Experience with defect detection, model training & optimization

Data Handling: Preprocessing, feature engineering, dataset management, labeling workflows

You are analytical, pragmatic, and creative in finding solutions

You adapt quickly, you are curious, and comfortable with working with new tools

You works closely with devs, labelers, product

You are detail-oriented, cares about clean code and model performance
