We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer & AI Integration Specialist with a strong

background in building and scaling SaaS/PaaS digital products infused with AI-driven

features. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and

deploying data pipelines, AI model integration, and API-based architectures,

particularly for Stable Diffusion, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and NLP

technologies. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between AI research and

production-grade applications, ensuring seamless and scalable AI integration.

What You'll Be Doing

Data Engineer & Infrastructure

● Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance data pipelines for

real-time and batch data processing.

● Implement ETL/ELT workflows, data lakes, and data warehouses to support AI

model training and inference.

● Optimize cloud-based architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) for cost-efficient and

high-speed data operations.

● Develop and manage APIs and microservices to enable AI feature integration in

SaaS/PaaS platforms.

AI Model Integration & Deployment

● Integrate Stable Diffusion for generative AI image processing and

enhancement.

● Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks to enhance AI-

driven search and recommendation systems.

● Deploy and fine-tune NLP models for chatbots, summarization, sentiment

analysis, and document intelligence.

● Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in cloud

environments.

● Work with MLOps principles to automate model training, versioning, and

monitoring in production.

SaaS/PaaS development & AI enablement

● Architect and implement AI-driven features into SaaS and PaaS products.

● Ensure seamless AI integration with front-end and backend systems via APIs.

● Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to deliver AI-powered

user experiences.

● Enhance AI solutions by leveraging vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS)

and knowledge graphs.

Performance, security & compliance

● Optimize AI pipelines for low latency, scalability, and fault tolerance.

● Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

● Implement security best practices for AI model access and API endpoints.

What You Bring to the Table

Education & Experience

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related

IT field.

● 7+ years of experience in data engineering & AI integration.

● Proven experience in building and scaling SaaS/PaaS digital products with AI

features.

● Deep expertise in Python, SQL, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, and cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, GCP).

● Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, Stable Diffusion, NLP, and MLOps best

practices.

● Hands-on experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and

retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.

● Experience deploying AI models via APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD

pipelines.

Technical skills

● Programming: Python, SQL, Spark, Scala (preferred).

● Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, GCP, or Azure; Kubernetes, Docker.

● AI & ML Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain.

● Data Engineering: Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, Snowflake, Delta Lake.

● Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Pinecone, Weaviate.

● MLOps Tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Prefect.

● API Development: REST, GraphQL, FastAPI, Flask.

● AI Integration: Stable Diffusion, OpenAI APIs, Cohere, Anthropic, RAG/NLP.

Leadership & Soft Skills

● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and industrial domain experts to

develop AI-driven features that improve operational efficiency and sustainability.

● Drive the scalability, reliability, and performance of cloud-based AI solutions.

● Advocate for best practices in cloud-native architectures and microservices.

● Act as a technical mentor, guiding engineers and AI specialists in best

practices.

● Effectively communicate complex AI/data concepts to cross-functional teams

and non-technical stakeholders.

● Drive AI adoption and change management within industrial organizations.

● Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Language & Travel Requirements

● Fluent in English (written & spoken).

● Travel: Once every three months approx.

Compensation : around EUR per year
