What You'll Do

  • Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of AV hardware-cameras, lighting systems, broadcast gear, and control rooms
  • Manage live video production workflows, supporting both studio and on-location shoots
  • Coordinate with directors, producers, and creative teams to deliver visually stunning events and productions
  • Troubleshoot and optimize AV systems to ensure reliable performance during live broadcasts
  • Build scalable AV setups tailored to our growing studio needs
  • Mentor AV technicians and junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning

  • Proven experience managing audio-visual systems in live production, broadcast, or event environments
  • Strong technical skills: live switching, signal routing, camera setup, lighting, and sound design
