What you'll do

• Install, set up, configure, and maintain audiovisual equipment video, sound, broadcast, streaming and studio systems ensuring reliable performance for live productions.
• Operate and monitor AV workflows: manage live sessions, assist with setup and teardown, oversee signal quality, and support smooth coordination between technical, production and studio teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve audio/video issues quickly and efficiently to minimize disruptions and maintain broadcast standard quality.
• Maintain and manage AV hardware inventory: perform regular maintenance or calibration, document equipment status, and ensure all systems meet safety and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments production, broadcast, technical to deliver high quality AV output for studio projects.

• Technical background in audiovisual systems, broadcast, media production or a related field.
• Hands on experience with AV equipment, live production setups or studio environments comfortable with sound/video engineering and live workflow demands.
