Purpose of Role: To expand Weir presence in Romania by driving sales growth across a comprehensive product portfolio, delivering technical and service support to industrial customers, and building strong, lasting relationships through proactive engagement and expert solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales activities for the complete Weir Minerals product portfolio (including pumps, valves, rubber, cyclones, and more) in Romania, with a primary focus on the mining, minerals and industrial sector, providing both original equipment and aftermarket solutions.
- Proactively grow and sustain market share for Weir Minerals products by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities, ensuring visibility and strong customer engagement within the assigned territory.
- Manage and retain key accounts while actively developing new customer relationships, maintaining close contact and high responsiveness to local business culture and customer needs in the country with focus on southern/southeastern Romania.
- Forecast, assess, and pursue relevant business opportunities, including hands-on technical support, service, and warranty issue resolution, to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction in the region.
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office), excellent verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English, Salesforce and basic SAP usage experience are preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is an advantage, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in technical sales, proven sales success in industrial markets, and an established network within the industrial customer base.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills; highly detail-oriented, collaborative, self-driven, able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Valid and clean driving license is essential, with Fluency in English and Romanian
