The Role and Your Mission:

As a Consultant on the Darwin Origin Delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing Darwin for our clients and managing any changes to their requirements while utilizing the platform and its services. Your contributions will be essential in helping our clients realize the full value of their investment in our technology.

We will count on you to:

• Be able to perform site content branding, create campaigns and notifications, schedule reports and configure benefits for Darwin clients.
• Perform unit testing of all configurations assigned in the time specified on the Work Request before releasing it to the stakeholders (internal / external).
• Follow internal ways of working according to our quality standards.
• Provide support on other projects when needed.
• Inform all relevant stakeholders if any tasks cannot be performed or are delayed by internal or external factors.
• Follow up on a daily / weekly / monthly basis on all projects assigned based on their priority and importance and keep all relevant stakeholders informed.

What You Need to Have:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of benefits concepts and benefit administration processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Darwin or similar technology platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is mandatory.
