About HR department

The Human Resources (HR) department is the backbone of our organization, dedicated to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Our HR team plays a pivotal role in creating a positive work environment, ensuring employee satisfaction, and fostering a culture of continuous growth and development. We manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The HR department is committed to supporting employees' professional and personal growth, promoting diversity and inclusion, and driving organizational success.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

• Oversee the HR processes ensuring alignment with global policies and local labor laws.
• Manage the recruitment processes when needed.
• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner, providing guidance on people-related matters.
• Support and coordinate learning and development initiatives, including trainings.
• Manage employee relations cases, providing advice and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure HR compliance by maintaining accurate employee records, monitoring internal policies and staying up to date with employment legislation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects and initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact for employees, responding to HR-related queries.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of experience in HR operations, HR generalist roles or business partnering in an international environment.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and employment legislation;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A collaborative team player, adaptable to change.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
