Job Description:

The Audience Nurture Strategist will use marketing skills and technologies to develop and implement a web or interactive strategy to reach online customers and prospects or internal audiences. Drive an intuitive, engaging, relevant and integrated online experience that drives revenues and leads while increasing customer loyalty and building stronger customer or employee relationships. Manage editorial strategies and content of online properties (websites, portals), as well as applying new technologies such as chat marketing, personalization, search engine marketing and optimization, pod casting and blogging. Focus may be global, national, regional, sub-regional or local in scope. Ensure online experience align with company's brand identity and messaging framework.

Responsibilities:

• Research and understand the buyer's journey, messaging map, available content and contact behavioral signals in order to develop an overall strategy to nurture warm contacts
• Commission the nurture content (articles and email) based on the prospect needs for each stage
• Develop the strategy for the email and Hub experience
• Create a plan for email copy, hub asset experience, and automation configuration for each
• Execute plan based on content availability, stakeholder/contributor inputs, and config resources
• Execute operational pre-config tasks including assembling fully-loaded CTA links with appropriate tagging, building email creatives in Stensul, loading and maintaining nurture content hubs, submitting translation requests. 
• Contribute to peer review quality control process, ensuring excellent hand-offs, measurability, customer experience
• Test and optimize end to end experience, drive innovation 
• Measure audience engagement across email, web/content hubs, and assets consumed
• Review/consult with Campaign leads, Brand, P2M content providers to share customer/process insights and drive incremental improvement
• Discuss results with Campaign Leads

Education and Experience Required:

• BA or BS degree in Communications, Marketing or Computer Science.
• Familiarity with web programming languages, applications and techniques.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Writing and editing for the web - requires peer or manager review.
• Web analytics (measurement, ROI).
• Communication skills (written and verbal).
• Prioritization, project management and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of interactive media, tools and technologies (all channels and pricing models).
• Basic knowledge of Internet principles and web site production.
• Maintain company marketing management systems as needed.
