We are currently looking for aandnbsp;Senior Auditorandnbsp;to join ourandnbsp;Audit andamp; Assurance Department.

Role Overview:

As anandnbsp;ESG Audit Specialistandnbsp;in ourandnbsp;Audit andamp; Assurance Department, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality, professional audit services, with a focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) related products. This role involves understanding and evaluating our clients' ESG strategies, reporting, and performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and international standards. You will work closely with a diverse range of clients to enhance the credibility of their ESG disclosures and to support them in identifying and managing ESG-related risks. If need be, you will be supported to do upskilling to transition from financial auditor to ESG Assurance specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding the activities of the audited companies and understanding relevant processes to identify risks in ESG reporting.
• Carrying out tests and procedures in accordance with relevant audit standards to address identified risks.
• Ensuring ESG report compliance with relevant standards such as ESRS, GRI and TCFD.
• Leading and mentoring junior team members, contributing to their growth and professional development.
• Collaborating closely with clients to understand their sustainability objectives and to evaluate the integration of ESG factors into their overall business strategy.
• Participating in ESG and sustainability-related training to develop and update knowledge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance or Accounting (Environmental Science or Sustainability education is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing (ESG auditing or sustainability consulting is a plus).
• Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insightful solutions.
• Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients and team members at all levels.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills would be advantageous.
