Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Bucharest, Romania. The Social Media Manager will oversee and execute social media strategies, optimize content for various channels, and manage online community engagement. Daily tasks include creating and curating engaging content, monitoring social media platforms for trends and interactions, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategy for social platforms
  • Proficiency in analytics tools to measure and report on performance metrics
  • Understanding of emerging trends in digital marketing and social media
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience working with creative tools or software is a plus
  • Familiarity with local and global social media trends is highly desirable
