 You will be responsible for:

  • Design and lead end-to-end .NET software engineering solutions in cloud environments.
  • Develop projects from scratch with minimal supervision and strong team collaboration.
  • Guide teams and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure best practices in software quality, security, and scalability.
  • Mentor other engineers and promote technical excellence.
  • Participate, review, help, and support projects where your teammates are involved.
  • Build scalable pipelines using a variety of technologies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest tools and technologies in the market.
Requirements
  • More than 6 years of experience in software development with .NET, including designing and building end-to-end architectures in cloud environments.
  • Ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and design technical proposals tailored to business goals.
  • Capable of leading projects independently and mentoring other engineers.
  • Experience using Azure services (experience with other clouds like AWS or GCP is a plus).
  • Experience in testing as essential part of development (unit, integration, etc.).
  • Experience with any frontend framework or library (React, Angular or Vue).
  • Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines and working with containers.
  • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Passion for technology and software development.
  • Constant drive to learn and ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong team player mindset.
  • Fluent in English, comfortable communicating in an international environment.

Very nice to have:

  • You not only create code from tickets, but also take care of the backlog, features, and functionalities.
  • You like to lead technical projects through to completion.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams with multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
