Ciklum is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team full-time in Romania.

We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. About the role:

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team who can help us create an exceptional developer experience and take our Experimentation platform to the next level. The one who can swim fast, react and adapt. If you are up to date with the latest technology; If you are a person who gets things done - we are looking for you

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain a scalable platform and services
  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to define technical solutions
  • Drive initiatives to improve developer velocity, quality, and satisfaction
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship
  • Stay current with advances in AI, developer tooling, and software engineering best practices

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally in backend or full-stack roles
  • Proficiency in languages like C# and React
  • Experience with AWS and containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with REST/gRPC APIs and event-driven systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for developer experience and building tools that engineers love 

Desirable:

  • Experience with the Experimentation area and dark launching
  • Background in AWS AI ecosystem and tools like Bedrock
  • Experience with GitHub copilot or similar
