Responsabilitati:

  • Elaborarea documentației de calificare conform cerințelor licitațiilor publice
  • Gestionarea contestațiilor și interacțiunea cu autoritățile contractante
  • Redactarea și administrarea contractelor, anexelor și actelor adiționale
  • Coordonarea întâlnirilor echipei de proiect pe durata procesului de ofertare
  • Reprezentarea companiei în relația cu subcontractanții și partenerii principali
  • Monitorizarea legislației relevante și a cerințelor de calificare
  • Sprijin interdepartamental pentru soluționarea provocărilor apărute
  • Suport în elaborarea ofertelor tehnice și financiare


Cerinte:

  • Studii superioare finalizate
  • Minimum 3 ani experiență în achiziții publice
  • Cunoștințe avansate despre SICAP/SEAP și legislația specifică
  • Certificat de expert achiziții publice – avantaj
  • Familiaritate cu domeniul IT&C și securitate
  • Operare fluentă în Microsoft Office
  • Limba engleză – nivel B2
  • Abilități de organizare, comunicare clară, negociere și relaționare
  • Atitudine pozitivă, orientare spre soluții și rezultate, adaptabilitate
