Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Expert Credite Ipotecare - Customer Relationship Officer at ING Romania, located in Bucharest. The Customer Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients, advising on mortgage credit products, processing mortgage applications, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Daily tasks will include conducting client consultations, providing tailored financial solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in mortgage credit products and client advisory
  • Proficiency in handling mortgage applications and processing
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • Fluency in Romanian and English
