We are a young HR Recruiting company, born in Timisoara and we are heavily focused on blue collar recruiting. We work with some of the most important companies in the market, mainly factories around Timisoara.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Recruiter located in Timișoara. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting with onboarding. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience with posting job ads and screening candidates
  • Skills in conducting interviews and assisting with onboarding
  • Competency in using candidate databases and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in HR or recruitment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • A nice and easy-going personality
  • An extrovert, a people person; you like to chat and like to understand people
  • A high tolerance for high volume calls; our job demands we make a lot of phone calls everyday (think 60-80 phone calls/day)
  • Punctual. Yes, we mean it, punctual. We like to be on time: for our clients, for work, for everything.
  • Office skills; we're not looking for experts but we need you to be able to find your way around an excel pivot table and to be able to format a Word page or an e-mail properly.
  • English; it's why this job ad is in english. We need you to have a good level of English as part of our work means speaking english either with clients or candidates.

Salary&benefits

  • 4200 RON gross salary
  • 40 RON/day food tickets
  • Bonus scheme with a realistic achievable target
  • 500 RON bonus for Christmas and Easter
