As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Buyer with French will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within the energy and utility client industry.

Job requirements:

• Supporting the internal clients in formalizing/describing their RFX request/Scope of Work (context, needs, expectations, budget, deadlines etc.);
• Creation, publication, management and analysis of RFX;
• Providing clarification/negotiation to supplier as required (written and verbal);
• Administration and archiving of contracts in the required system(s);
• Calling for tenders including contract negotiations;

Candidates profile:

• Good English and French language skills, written and conversational;
• Minimum Highschool Diploma (BAC), Bachelor being a plus;
• Basic Orientation in S2P operations, PR-PO Process, Source to contract;
• Typing / MS Office/ Key-boarding skills;
• Experience of working on SAP, or Oracle, or Ariba, or COUPA;
• Materials/Technical background;
• Good knowledge regarding materials purchase.
