Business Application Support Specialist
to join our
Patrianna LTD
team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
Atlassian Suite Administration (Jira & Confluence):

  • Administer and maintain our Atlassian environment, including user management, permissions, and project configurations.
  • Customize Jira workflows, schemes, fields, and screens to meet the evolving needs of our business teams (e.g., Engineering, Product, Operations).
  • Create and manage Confluence spaces, templates, and permissions to foster effective knowledge sharing.
  • Manage and evaluate marketplace apps and integrations to extend the functionality of the Atlassian suite.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, including upgrades and performance tuning.

Google Workspace Administration:

  • Manage all aspects of our Google Workspace environment, including user accounts, groups, and organizational units (OUs).
  • Administer core services such as Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Meet, and Groups.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices, including managing sharing settings, device policies, and access controls.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to email delivery, file sharing, and application access.
  • Manage and monitor Google Drive storage and data retention policies.

Slack Administration:

  • Serve as the primary administrator for our Slack workspace.
  • Manage user accounts, channels, user groups, and workspace settings.
  • Oversee the integration of third-party applications and custom bots to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with our communication and data security policies within Slack.
  • Promote best practices for effective communication and collaboration in a digital workspace.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Application Support Specialist, Systems Administrator, or a similar role.
  • Essential: Hands-on administrative experience with the following platforms:
  • Atlassian Suite: Jira (Software/Service Management) and Confluence. Experience with Jira Query Language (JQL) is highly desirable.
  • Google Workspace: Strong understanding of the Admin Console and core applications.
  • Slack: Experience managing a workspace, including integrations and security settings.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a logical, process-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator, Google Workspace Administrator) are a significant plus.
  • Ability to Collaborate with cross-functional teams in like minded goal driven projects with tight dead lines.
  • Adept at liaising between multiple departments, fostering strong professional relationships to ensure strategic alignment and project synergy.
  • Good English skills in speaking and writing.
