Product Owner.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Support customers and users in the analysis and definition of business needs and requirements, provide specifications and keep these updated.
  • Ensure integrity and consistency of the end-to-end solution by detailing requirements and use cases across the different applications and services.
  • Verify requests with Product Owners to be aligned with the product evolution strategy.
  • Work within one of our scrum squads that are fully responsible for their applications from code to production (DevOps).
  • Ensure the performance of services under high constraints (speed, high availability, robustness, quality, etc.)
  • Strongly collaborate with squad members and continuously align with various stakeholders (business engineers, project leads, other product owners) to ensure your squad delivers robust, highly available, and performant software on time and within budget.
  • Gather development cost estimates during project initiation.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure that projects are getting requested scope in time
  • Contribute to deliver awesome product notes for our releases
  • Design and refine the end-to-end solution across application landscape and document business and IT requirements.
  • Plan the squad's activities and manage different deadlines, project, and release timelines.
  • Take ownership and end-to-end responsibility for the squad's applications.
  • Support various stakeholders by troubleshooting and resolving any issues occurring in production, ensuring constant system improvement.

Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what's next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

  • 6+ years experience in IT Business Analysis, requirement engineering or similar
  • Relevant working experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in an Agile environment.
  • Willingness to learn new things and continuously improve.
  • Eagerness to take application ownership and embrace responsibilities.
  • Team player.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Ability to work efficiently in an agile squad.
  • Experience working in a complex, multi-site, multi-technology, and multi-language environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the payments and fraud management business and related technologies is advantageous.
