Then what?

We are looking for a Lead Fullstack Developer (Java & React) to join our client's team and contribute to an internal initiative focused on sustainability and digital transformation. The project is currently in a technical rewrite phase, offering an exciting opportunity to shape the new architecture, improve performance, and modernize the user experience.

This position requires 3 days/week on-site presence in the Bucharest office.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development team by building and maintaining platform features, emphasizing the importance of best practices and delivering clean, reliable code.
  • Engage actively in agile ceremonies and follow established processes to support the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Mentor intermediate, fostering an environment of continuous improvement through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure comprehensive testing (unit, integration) and maintain quality documentation to guarantee the robustness and usability of the platform for end-users.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure technical decisions align with project deadlines and quality standard

  • Leadership experience
  • Languages: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Backend: Java, Spring Boot, REST API, JWT, OAuth2, Webhooks
  • Frontend: , React, Redux (state management), CSS
  • Database: PostgreSQL
  • Craftsmanship: DDD, BDD, design patterns, code quality, technical excellence
  • Other Tools: Docker, Git, testing frameworks (unit, contract, load testing)
