Senior Credit Risk Analyst
to join our team In this role, you will optimize credit risk management, enhance lending automation, ensure high-quality reporting, and provide data-driven insights to support business growth.

What will you do:

  • Support strategic business decision-making by continuously optimizing the lending strategy and aligning it with market developments.
  • Lead automation projects to streamline the lending process, boost efficiency, and ensure scalability.
  • Manage credit risk exposure by applying best practices and methodologies, ensuring a balanced and sustainable approach.
  • Prepare accurate, timely, and comprehensive financial and non-financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to support portfolio provisioning calculations and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management by providing insights and recommendations based on thorough risk assessments and quantitative analysis.

What you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in credit risk analysis within the financial services sector.
  • A higher education degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data modeling, advanced functions, financial forecasting).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities under pressure, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of IFRS9 standards is an advantage.
