Scop

: Asigura planificarea, monitorizarea și controlul performantei financiare si operaționale a companiei.

Coordoneaza si supervizeaza procesele de bugetare, analiza financiara, raportare si prognoza, astfel incat sa se asigure ca organizatia isi atinge obiectivele strategice si financiare.

Responsabilitati

  • Consolidaza si analizeaza rezultatele financiare, cu accent pe interpretarea datelor; analizeaza si intelege rentabilitatea Companiei si impactul fiecarei linii asupra contului de profit si pierdere.
  • Raporteaza rezultatele financiare curente catre managementul intern si actionariat.
  • Analizeaza indicatorii de performanta financiari si nefinanciari, dezvolta planuri de actiune pentru imbunatatirea acestora si ofera sprijin pentru decizie.
  • Raspunde solicitarilor ad-hoc de raportare catre conducerea interna si actionariat.
  • Se asigura ca raportarea respecta standardele de audit, acorda suport in procesul de audit intern si extern si in intelegerea proceselor Stockday de catre auditori.
  • Participare activa la inchiderile lunare, raportari trimestriale si anuale.
  • Responsabil de procesul de bugetare anuala si estimarile periodice ale situatiilor financiare.
  • Responsabil de planificarea si evaluarea scenariilor de afaceri.
  • Construieste estimari trimestriale si anuale pentru anumite linii ale balantei (AR, AP, IC Payable / Receivable).

Cerinte:

  • Studii superioare finalizate in domeniul economic – Academia de Studii Economice.
  • Experienta intr-un rol similar 5-10 ani.
  • Experienta cu toate categoriile de raportare financiara (P&L, BS, CF, WC).
  • Cunostinte aprofundate despre Excel, Power Point și SAP.
  • Cunostinte limba engleza nivel avansat.
  • Competenta de a stabili si gestiona termenele intr-un mediu dinamic si in schimbare.
  • Competenta de a gestiona subiecte financiare și operationale complexe si de a furniza analize financiare detaliate.
  • Foarte bune abilitati de comunicare.
  • Capacitatea de a face informatiile financiare usor de inteles chiar si pentru persoanele care nu au cunostinte in domeniul financiar.
  • Aplicare celor mai bune practici interne si externe și a tendintelor industriei.
