Cum arata calatoria ta-

Pasul 1: Bine ai venit in echipa AZncepi perioada de onboarding alaturi de mentorul tau

Pasul 2: Te pregatesi pe pozitia de Crew member (timp de 11 saptamani) - inveti bazele jobului si te acomodezi.

Pasul 3: Faci tranzitia spre a da mai departe ce ai invatat - pozitia de Crew Trainer (durata: 8 saptamani).

Pasul 4: Felicitari Faci tranzitia catre management (durata: 1 zi).

Pasul 5: Participi la cursuri si discursuri despre conceptul de Ospitalitate in cadrul McDonald's - intelegi mai bine pozitia de Guest Experience Leader - Responsabil Ospitalitate (durata: 11 zile).

Pasul 6: Te pregatesti pentru conducerea zonelor dintr-un restaurant - pregatire teoretica si practica (timp de 5-6 saptamani)

Pasul 7: Mergi mai departe catre conducerea schimburilor dintr-un restaurant - pregatire

teoretica si practica (durata: 4 saptamani)

Felicitari Ai finalizat programul younglead si acum esti Floor Manager certificat la cele mai inalte standarde.
