Activitățile în care te vei implica:
  • Vei coordona și ghida o echipă de Product Owneri, oferind suport operațional și strategic pentru standardizarea și livrarea soluțiilor și serviciilor comerciale destinate clienților business Vodafone România.
  • Vei construi și menține roadmap-ul de soluții, în acord cu prioritățile de business și capacitatea de livrare a echipelor implicate.
  • Vei gestiona cererile interne din partea departamentelor VBU (vânzări, marketing, presales, VBTS etc) și vei conduce procesele de prioritizare a inițiativelor.
  • Vei coordona livrarea inițiativelor strategice și complexe, cu impact major asupra obiectivelor comerciale, asigurând respectarea termenelor, bugetelor și calității livrabilelor.
  • Vei defini și implementa procesele end-to-end Sell–Build–Run pentru soluțiile comerciale, asigurând trasabilitatea și eficiența operațională.
  • Vei contribui activ la strategia Go2Market și vei asigura dezvoltarea documentației necesare pentru echipele de vânzări și clienți.
  • Vei monitoriza execuția planului de livrare, vei prezenta periodic statusul către Head of Product and Services și managementul VBU.
  • Vei soluționa situațiile conflictuale din echipă și vei facilita colaborarea interdepartamentală.
  • Vei participa la programe de formare profesională și vei susține dezvoltarea continuă a echipei.
E job-ul potrivit pentru tine dacă:
  • Ai experiență de minimum 5 ani în industria telecomunicațiilor, IT&C sau IoT și minimum 3 ani în coordonarea echipelor de Product Owneri sau echipe de implementare.
  • Ai cunoștințe solide despre soluții de telecomunicații, IAAS, PAAS, SAAS și canale de vânzări B2B.
  • Ești fluent(ă) în limba engleză (scris și vorbit).
  • Ai finalizat studiile universitare cu diplomă de licență.
  • Ai abilități excelente de leadership, organizare, negociere și influențare.
  • Poți gestiona simultan mai multe inițiative și priorități, luând decizii rapide în contexte dinamice.
  • Ai experiență în colaborarea cu parteneri externi și furnizori majori de tehnologie, inclusiv negocierea SLA-urilor și KPI-urilor.
  • Ești orientat(ă) spre dezvoltarea continuă a echipei și transferul de cunoștințe.
  • Ai spirit antreprenorial, creativitate și dorință de inovare.
