We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join us full-time at our Bucharest HQ (Primăverii area) to lead, create, and elevate B2B content that drives meaningful business results.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute full-funnel LinkedIn strategies (organic & paid) for both Romanian and international B2B clients
  • Create powerful copy, scroll-stopping visuals, and short-form video content
  • Analyze performance and optimize based on KPIs and business goals
  • Own the content calendar and manage publishing across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Research client verticals to develop tailored, impactful content strategies
  • Maintain strong, consistent communication with clients
  • Manage and collaborate with freelancers or subcontractors when needed
  • Produce bilingual content in English and Romanian
  • Deliver regular progress reports with insights and recommendations
  • Stay ahead of trends, tools, and B2B marketing best practices

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B social media or digital marketing
  • Fluent in both English and Romanian (written & spoken)
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Campaign Manager, and growth strategies
  • Strong skills in copywriting, design (e.g., Canva, Adobe), and video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro)
  • A creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and aesthetics
  • A self-starter who can independently manage tasks and external creatives
  • Residing in Bucharest and available to work on-site, 5 days/week in our downtown Primăverii office
